Dr. Julio Fernandez-Mendoza is the Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program at the Penn State Sleep Research and Treatment Center. He is also an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Fenandez-Mendoza's research focuses on the relationship between disturbed and insufficient sleep with cardiometabolic, neurocognitive, and psychopathologic morbidity and mortality. His clinical practice encompasses a wide array of sleep disorders.
